Like VPN is a v2ray-based VPN application with a strict no-logs approach. The app is free, personal (not a company product), and does not require an account or payment.

2) What data we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible.

2.1 Data you provide

  • None is required. The app does not use accounts, registration, or payment.
  • If you email us for support, we will receive your email address and message content.

2.2 Technical data necessary to operate the service

  • Minimal operational metadata about the VPN session (e.g., start/stop time, success/failure status, and total bytes transferred) may be processed transiently to run the service and prevent abuse.
  • We do not associate this with your browsing activity or app content.

3) Traffic & no-logs policy

  • We do not log or store traffic contents, websites you visit, DNS queries, destination IP/hosts, or your browsing history.
  • No deep-packet inspection for content extraction.
  • Session keys are temporary and discarded after the connection ends.

4) Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version may display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob, as an independent controller, may collect device identifiers (e.g., the Google Advertising ID), coarse location, and performance metrics to deliver and measure ads. In eligible regions (EEA/UK), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent before requesting ads.

  • We do not place ads over critical actions (e.g., Connect/Disconnect) and do not encourage clicks.
  • You can reset/limit the advertising ID in your device settings.
  • In certain regions or when consent is not granted, we may disable ad requests.

5) Diagnostics & crash reports

We keep error logs only about service execution (e.g., connection failure codes, app version, device model) to troubleshoot stability issues. These logs never include traffic contents or destinations and are retained for a short period (normally up to 30 days) before deletion. If your platform settings disable diagnostics, we respect that.

6) Security & retention

  • Transport encryption is used for VPN tunnels (v2ray protocols) and for app communications where applicable.
  • Access to operational data is restricted under a need-to-know principle.
  • We retain only what is necessary for operations and troubleshooting, typically up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for security incidents.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising beyond standard AdMob ad delivery described above.

7) Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/EEA, UK, CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to receive a portable copy of your data. Since we collect very little, the scope is limited; however, you can always contact us at [email protected].

You may also opt out of personalized advertising via device settings and, in EEA/UK, via the consent dialog.

8) Children

Like VPN is intended for users aged 16+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
